After nearly three feet of snow and hours of shoveling, breakfast had to be simple yet satisfying. Working with what we had on hand we turned to our favorite Sunday morning breakfast.
Goat cheese scrambled eggs on home made oat & sour dough toast.
Eggs, crumbled goat cheese and a little heavy cream.
Cook slowly over a low heat until just set (they should still have a slight run and not be a solid). Season and serve over warm buttered toast.
