Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor Chèvre

November 14, 2011 Leave a Comment

The other night we decided to try this pungent Truffle Tremor Chèvre from Cypress Grove.  As soon as we unwrapped it we could smell the truffle, which we were expecting, but what we were not expecting was that the cheese smelled much more like a triple cream brie than a chèvre.

We ate this cheese with some rustic flat bread crackers.  The cheese had a strong truffle oil flavor and was so creamy.  It was fantastic and we will buy it again.
